900 West
A historic renovation in the Fulton Market District.
900 West is a renovation of 10 historic low-rise buildings on the 900 block of Randolph Street, with frontage on Randolph, Sangamon and Lake streets in the historic Fulton Market District of Chicago’s West Loop. Together, they comprise 37,036 square feet of retail at street level and an additional 54,338 square feet of office on the upper floors. The office space is anchored by co-working provider Spaces. Retail tenants at 900 West include the first U.S. location of famed Italian pizzeria Bonci, as well as sought-after national brands including Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream and Bluemercury. With its joint venture partner Related Midwest, Tucker is also pursuing a high-rise residential development fronting on Peoria Street – immediately adjacent to 900 West – designed by New York-based Morris Adjmi Architects.
