Hudson Lights is a transit-oriented urban retail center within the greater New York Metro Area.  Located just two miles west of Manhattan, adjacent to the George Washington Bridge, Hudson Lights is the only institutional retail development of it's scale in downtown Fort Lee.  The approved master plan includes 200,000 square feet of retail, 477 apartments, and a 175 key hotel.  The initial phase of the project was completed by Tucker Development in August of 2016 and is comprised of 276 luxury apartments and 140,000 square feet of retail space.
