Master planning, entitlement & development services for a mixed-use multifamily (~310 units) and retail (~90,000 SF) project with both a Grocer and Premiere Fitness component. 

 

Consulting services included the full spectrum of development & construction planning (conceptual planning through complete construction documentation), lease negotiation & coordination, all public entitlements (including two Planned Developments with the City of Chicago), construction pricing & GMP contract negotiation, permitting & selective demolition to facilitate the adaptive reuse nature of the intended project.
